District Staff IDs have an internal multifunctional chip that will work with copiers and keyless entries.

First ID is free, replacements will cost $5.00, cash or checks made payable to Covington Board of Education.

Another option is an ID without the internal chip, replacements without the internal chip will not incur a cost.

District Staff IDs can be obtained one of two ways:
· Central Office -Monday thru Friday - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
· Email replacement request to Shelly Varney at shelly.varney2@covington.kyschools.us. 

Send payment to Central Office via the pony. Include name, title, and location. The printed ID will be sent through the pony to the requestor.
